• 2019 “Watering Waves of the Word” Private Fashion Show unveiling a collection of custom made-to-order pieces for 8 models

The direction I am moving towards in my career is to create timeless classic designs with linen and other natural materials, as well as alterations for business and evening wear. Currently my goal is to create where I am located and build experience with local clientele and boutiques.

I was born in Edmonton, AB and raised on a farm north of the city. I always had a desire to give my friends and family “makeovers”, which led me into the esthetics industry, primarily drawn to make-up artistry. I finished my esthetics diploma, and over several years opened and sold my first business, gained various skills, and eventually was drawn into the eyelash extension niche. This was a love that I did not foresee in the beginning of my journey, but in time realized the meticulous attention to detail was something I admired and alas, sewing was no different. I first taught myself how to sew, and eventually had the desire to learn professionally.
